The KBS® Tub Jacket system is a pipe sealing system for non-combustible pipes up to an outer diameter of 323 mm. It is tested for copper and steel pipes with various insulation materials e.g. mineral wool, various synthetic rubber brands, PIR and others.

Pipe penetrations in mixed penetration seal systems

The KBS® system solutions for the fire stopping of non-combustible pipes as single pipe penetrations as well as in KBS® panel seal and mortar seal systems - are tested according to DIN 4102-11, EN 1366-3 and UL 1479.

Single pipe penetrations and mixed penetration seal systems

KBS® Pipe Seal M: Fire protection collar with integrated mechanical closing mechanism for the sealing of combustible pipes up to a diameter of 630 mm. Tested as single pipe penetration and in KBS® panel seal systems. KBS® Pipe Seal M is used for technically demanding sealing tasks. KBS® Pipe Seal M is tested according to DIN 4102-11 and EN 1366-3.

KBS® Pipe Seal SN: Fire protection collar for the sealing of combustible pipes up to a diameter of 160 mm. Tested as single pipe penetration and in KBS® panel seal systems.

KBS® Pipe Seal SN  

KBS® Pipe Seal B: Intumescent pipe wrap for the sealing of combustible pipes up to a diameter of 110 mm. Tested according to EN 1366-3 as single pipe penetration and in KBS® panel seal systems.
